DNA Cloning Service

Sequenced vectors for plant transformation, cloned in Hamburg.

275 binary, pUC, RNAi and CRISPR/Cas vectors with GenBank files and maps, ready to ship. If the vector you need is not in the list, we build it.

B330p6i2xoR-Ucas: Cas9 nuclease binary vector for monocots, 15,473 bp. Maps on this site are drawn from the GenBank file of each vector.
129 Binaries Binary vectors for Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of monocots and dicots, with bar, hpt, npt or dhfr selection. 83 pUC SfiI-based cloning vectors: promoter and terminator cassettes, markers and miscellaneous building blocks. 31 RNAi Hairpin constructs with intron or spacer for RNA interference in monocots and dicots. 32 CRISPR/Cas Cas9 nuclease and nickase binary vectors with U6 promoters from Arabidopsis or rice for one or several targets.

How an order works

  1. 1
Pick a vector or describe the construct. Every listed vector has its GenBank file, so you can check the map before you write.
  2. 2
Send the name or the sequence to info@dna-cloning.com. For cloning we quote from the price list, usually within a day.
  3. 3
We ship on invoice. DNA or glycerol stock, with sequence, map and primers. Kits from the shop go the same way.

What we do

Cloning in any vector

Send us the plasmid, or the sequence to amplify, and the vector you want it in. You receive the construct as glycerol stock or DNA together with the sequence, a map and the primers used. Restriction cloning, site-directed mutagenesis, DNA assembly and gene synthesis are all on the price list.

CRISPR/Cas9 for monocots and dicots

Binary vectors with a codon-optimised Cas9 nuclease or nickase and the gRNA under the U6 promoter from Arabidopsis or rice. One target site, or several: we clone up to eight double target sites into one vector. See the CRISPR/Cas vectors.

Expression tuned to the plant

Codon usage optimised for monocots, dicots or both, Kozak variants for high, medium and low expression, and an intron to stop expression in Agrobacterium. Our synthetic GUS gene with the StLS1 intron is one example.

Kits and reagents

Everything we use at the bench ourselves, shipped on invoice to labs in Germany and Europe.
